The Opportunity

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing Telstra's enterprise presence across Singapore and the broader region.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing sales role where you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

You will partner closely with customers to understand their business strategies and technology priorities, positioning Telstra's global connectivity and digital infrastructure capabilities to solve complex challenges and unlock new opportunities for growth.

Success in this role comes from being on the ground with customers, building trusted relationships and driving high-value enterprise deals from prospecting through to close.

What You'll Do

As part of Telstra Enterprise - International Sales & Service, you will:



  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving revenue through strategic account management and proactive business development.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and across new enterprise prospects in Singapore.

  • Build strong relationships with C-suite, IT, and business leaders, becoming a trusted advisor on their connectivity and digital infrastructure strategies.

  • Lead commercial and technical discussions that articulate the value of Telstra's solutions including global connectivity, SD-WAN, IP VPN, MPLS, DIA, colocation and security services.

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies and customer engagement plans to retain and expand core telecommunications and emerging technology revenue.

  • Collaborate with solution specialists, product teams and technical experts to design compelling customer solutions and drive deal closure.

  • Lead enterprise sales cycles from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract execution.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships that drive high levels of satisfaction, loyalty and long-term partnership.

About You

You are an experienced enterprise technology or telecommunications sales professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys building and growing strategic customer relationships.

You bring:

  • 12+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally within global telecommunications or technology services.
  • Proven success selling enterprise connectivity solutions such as IP VPN, MPLS, DIA, SD-WAN or network services to large organisations.
  • A strong track record in account management combined with new business hunting.
  • Experience working with regional or global enterprise customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to confidently engage with C-level stakeholders and senior decision makers.
  • A consultative, customer-focused sales approach with strong commercial acumen.
  • Experience working within global telco or network providers such as Tata Communications, Colt, NTT, BT, PCCW or similar organisations is highly valued.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous for engaging with Mandarin-speaking customers.
