To enhance our presence in the APAC, we are looking for a Sales Account Manager to broaden our reach in Voice, Cloud Numbers and Mobility services.
Description
In this role, you will be responsible to:
- Promote and sell BICS international wholesale voice, cloud numbers and mobility solutions to assigned customer portfolio.
- Identify new opportunities, create and execute sales strategies, and provide technical and commercial proposals that assist customers in achieving their business goals and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Optimize and retain BICS existing products portfolio for both voice, cloud communications and/or mobility throughout the assigned customer base.
- Negotiate and ensure timely implementation from contract to solution delivery of all products sold. Interact with various internal departments such as legal, finance, product management and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction during pre and post sales activities.
- Feed BICS with changes in market, regulatory, and technology changes with regards to assigned markets.
- Responsible for achieving and exceeds sales and buying voice, mobility and customer acquisition objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor'smaster's degree in engineering and/or with MBA, or equivalent in experience.
- Minimum experience: 8 years in Telco business or sales function, with a solid understanding of both Telco Voice and Mobility solutions.
- Language skills: English – mastering Hindi, would be an advantage
- Strong Sales and technical experience in telecom industry
- Well-acquainted with the mobile community and have a robust network among various mobile operators in the APAC.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, problem solving and communication skills.
- Proactive, highly motivated, willing to travel, and able to work independently.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- You can easily adapt to cultural differences.
