Job Description

The Account Manager will be the key point of contact between the client and the agency. You will be working on the production and adaptation of content projects across a wide spectrum of mediums (digital, film, stills, video, animation, print) from inception to completion, assuming responsibility for day-to-day management of the process, including owning the client relationship and/or their lead agency or other assignees. The focus at this time will be on the creative production of content for a variety of key clients in the logistics, automotive, technology and pharmaceutical industries - working with our studio teams in different parts of the world to assure brief is understood and work is completed to specifications within timeline given and delivering against budgets.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
General Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Oversee third-party vendors and offshore partners, including cost estimates and timelines.
  • Engage with new technologies and processes to enhance workflow.
  • Maintain structured and organized project execution.
  • Build strong internal and client relationships with a proactive and firm approach.
  • Communicate clearly in written and verbal interactions.
  • Anticipate potential issues and develop smart solutions.
  • Adapt to changing business needs with resilience and flexibility.
  • Keep financial records updated, including estimates, POs, timesheets, invoices, and billing.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Client Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for client requests and production needs.
  • Plan and execute advertising production activities.
  • Maintain ongoing client engagement to understand needs and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client activity and scope.

Project Management

  • Identify optimal production solutions to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Interpret client, creative, and account management requirements effectively.

Studio Management

  • Maximize utilization of nearshore and offshore resources.
  • Forecast peak workloads and plan accordingly.

Financial Management

  • Scope and bid on major projects.
  • Maintain project profitability while ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation and billing of projects.

Capabilities & Growth

  • Implement new technologies and processes to improve workflow.
  • Represent the agency as the Singapore / Regional point of contact.
  • Collaborate with network agencies to explore new opportunities and optimize profits.


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proven experience in an advertising agency, directly managing clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with online project management platforms (training provided).
  • Strong command of English (written, spoken, and client-facing).
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Experience managing project financials.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
