Accounting Manager - Construction Industry (Full Time)

Job Location: Shun Li Industrial Park

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 -17:30hrs)

About Us:

We are a dynamic and expanding construction company based in Singapore, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our finance team.

Job Description:

The role requires a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients, suppliers, internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes efficiently.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records using Synergix ERP (System interface in both English and Chinese).

Prepare budgets for each construction projects.

Process staff expense claims in a timely manner.

Coordinate with the external accountant for monthly closings.

Liaise with auditors for annual audit requirements.

Provide support for other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by Directors.

Managing multiple client accounts, deadlines and deliverables with precision

Prepare financial reports and projections for management review.

Prepare and submit the GST report to the government.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales (preferably in the construction industry).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Knowledge of the Singapore construction industry and BCA regulations is a plus.
