Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare accounts across Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of Biomedia's solutions and services.

This role requires a commercially driven individual who can engage stakeholders across healthcare institutions, understand customer needs, and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Business Development

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare accounts, including hospitals, healthcare institutions, laboratories, and related organizations.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across Biomedia's portfolio of products and services.
  • Conduct regular customer engagement activities to understand evolving needs and market trends.
  • Drive customer retention and long-term account growth.

Sales & Commercial Performance

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and account development.
  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions with customers.
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Customer Success & Collaboration

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Work closely with technical, operations, service, and product teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate matters appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support customers throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle.

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and account reports.
  • Support business planning and market analysis initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
  • 4–6 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales within the healthcare, medical, diagnostics, life sciences, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key customer accounts.
  • Experience engaging stakeholders within hospitals, healthcare institutions, laboratories, or healthcare networks will be highly advantageous.
