Job description
The Google Cloud Small/Medium Businesses (SMB) team focuses on working with small and medium-sized businesses, startups, and digital native customers.
In this role, you will help to develop the business, bring Google's portfolio into SMB companies around the world, and manage customer and stakeholder relationships with ease. You will be covering Indonesia new business in the traditional and digital native sectors.

- Act as a trusted advisor to Indonesia SMB and mid-market executives, influencing long-term direction and digital transformation.
- Develop and execute territory business plans and targeted account strategies across key industry verticals. Drive business development and accurate forecasting, leading customers through the entire business cycle to achieve goals.
- Manage multiple concurrent opportunities as the primary contact for business and adoption-related activities.
- Partner with Customer Engineers and Google Cloud partners to maximize results and cultivate new opportunities.
- Identify Google Cloud use cases and maintain current Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technical certifications to articulate key differentiators.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in software sales.
- Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently to engage customers in Indonesia.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-parties to deliver and manage implementation of solutions.
- Experience in technical or business engineering in cloud, technology, computer science or information systems.
- Experience in Cloud infrastructure sales.
- Ability to build relationships and deliver outcomes in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and management skills with an ability to identify key customer patterns to develop strategies for customer growth.
