We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Singtel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic accounts that require high-touch coverage and selling core telco and ICT services into these accounts. The Account Manager willactively manage, retain, defend managed accounts and develop new business opportunities for both Telco (domestic) and ICT solutions.

  • To ensure sales targets, revenue and profit targets are met.
  • To ensure in depth account coverage.
  • To ensure excellent Customer Satisfaction levels with every Customer engagement
  • To understand customer's businesses and needs, and identify influencers and decision makers within a customer organization and pitch SingTel's ICT solutions and capabilities.
  • To manage sales funnels and accounts planning and review with management.
  • To be able to negotiate with customers and effectively close business deals.
  • To meet BR target for growth and focus products
  • Manage account calls, account plan, heatmap, presentations, and negotiations, and be responsible for the development/ nurturing of client relationship.
  • Build solid relationships with assigned accounts, to uncover and develop more business opportunities so as to build strong sales pipelines

Skills for Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Min 2-3 years in Sales/Customer Experience
  • Self-driven with proven sales track record in Telecommunication or IT industries.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible, meticulous, motivated and independent.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office to prepare sales presentation, quotation and proposal.
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
  • Able to engage and work with stakeholders from different departments for customer projects
