KOMPAN is a global leader in outdoor playgrounds and fitness solutions, creating innovative spaces that inspire people of all ages to play, exercise, and connect. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to expand our presence in Singapore, with a strong focus on growing our outdoor fitness business.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within key segments.
  • Monitor upcoming developments and projects.
  • Perform customers visits and presentations to ensure broad awareness of KOMPAN's solutions and gain information about current and upcoming projects.
  • Network and build trusting relationships with design consultants and clients.
  • Provide consultancy and product expertise for design consultants and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal design team to align project briefs, proposal strategy, deliverables and deadlines.
  • Prepare detailed tender specifications for project protection.
  • Prepare and submit tender bidding material.
  • Attend tender interviews and proposal presentations.
  • Negotiate prices, terms and contract with clients and contractors.
  • Collaborate closely with internal operations team to align on requirements and timelines for contracts, procurement, installation and after-sales service.
  • Ensure strong debtor management / payment collection.
  • Follow up on delivered projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure detailed and timely opportunity pipeline reporting.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in active ageing, wellness, sports, and public health initiatives.
  • Assist the team in marketing and sales initiatives and activities.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Sports, Landscape Architecture, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the fitness, sports, recreation, or related industries. Experience selling fitness equipment or solutions to residential, hospitality, educational, or public-sector customers is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record of sales achievements.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a multinational company is preferred.
  • Hunter mentality with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects from brief to delivery.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Good organizational, time-management, and project-management capabilities.
  • Proactive, energetic, and outgoing.
  • Strong team player.
  • CRM experience is preferable.
  • AutoCAD (basic skills) is an advantage.
