The Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing key customer accounts, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction.

The Job
- Drive revenue growth by achieving assigned sales targets across the company's products and services portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to maximize customer engagement and business opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across assigned customer accounts.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities while protecting and expanding existing customer accounts.
- Position the company competitively to retain existing business, win market share, and support customers future expansion initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication on products, services, and business updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, operations, and technical specialists, to resolve quality, delivery, and service-related issues, ensuring effective corrective actions and customer satisfaction.
- Leverage internal resources to address customer needs, support business development initiatives, and deliver effective pre- and post-sales technical and commercial support.
- Prepare and provide accurate sales forecasts, customer insights, and business performance reports to support strategic planning.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities, assess competitive risks, and recommend appropriate business strategies.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for customer needs while driving continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support additional sales initiatives, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by Senior Sales Manager.
The Talent
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within the semiconductor industry, with exposure to product introduction, sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of semiconductor wafer fabrication manufacturing processes is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare technical sales presentations, reports, and data analyses.
