Responsible for client acquisition, servicing, account retention
Acquire new clients and growth of the company of business of existing clients from our target market (main-contractor, sub-contractors and subcontractors over telephone, cold-calling, e-mails and outdoor site visiting
Involve in the negotiation, preparation and processing of documentation relating to sales quotation, close and delivery of service
Involve in coordination with various departments and stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure prompt and timely delivery of services to clients project/work sites
Job Requirements:
Preferably with construction industry background / contacts
Ability to work independently and a team in a fast paced environment
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, communication and follow-up skills
Highly sales driven and self-motivated
Exhibit strong sales planning and marketing abilities
