We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day project execution and campaign management.
  • Plan, strategise, and execute integrated communication campaigns across digital, social media, content, and web platforms.
  • Lead business development initiatives, including the development and presentation of proposals, pitch decks, and strategic recommendations.
  • Support end-to-end RFI, RFQ, and RFP submissions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, digital, production) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and agency standards.
  • Utilise pipeline management tools to track leads, opportunities, and project progress.
  • Develop accurate project forecasts based on historical data, client pipelines, and market trends.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to agency processes, quality standards, and reporting requirements.

Who we're looking for:

  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in an integrated, creative, or digital agency environment.
  • Client Management: Proven track record in managing multiple accounts and delivering high client satisfaction.
  • Integrated Communications Expertise: Strong understanding of content, social media, digital marketing, and campaign strategy.
  • Business Development: Experience in pitching, proposal development, and client acquisition.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organised: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Ability to contribute to both organic and paid campaign strategies.

Additional Requirements

  • Language: Fluent in both Malay and English (written and spoken) - proficiency in both languages is essential to meet our client's communication needs for this role.
  • Cultural Understanding: Deep understanding of Malay culture within Singapore is highly advantageous.
  • Production Knowledge: Basic understanding of video production processes (e.g. shoots, editing workflows, timelines) will be an added advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and clients.
