Revenue & Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for IT services (staffing, outsourcing, projects) within Public Sector accounts.
Tender Management: Own the full government tender lifecycle, including opportunity identification, preparation leadership, and successful post-submission follow-up.
Account Growth: Build and maintain deep, long-lasting relationships from working-level personnel to decision-makers, actively driving up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Ecosystem Solutioning: Serve as a subject matter expert, articulating how internal products, payment services, and partner technologies integrate to form holistic, complex solutions for government challenges.
Vendor Management: Source, engage, and manage a network of external manpower and technology partners to ensure the delivery of required expertise and comprehensive client
Ideal Profile
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Enterprise Account Management, consistently meeting quotas, with a proven track record of selling services to the Public Sector.
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the public sector procurement process, specifically for IT manpower/staffing and professional services.
Technical Acumen: Strong background or knowledge in IT, software, cloud services, and the specific technology roles required by government agencies.
Ecosystem Focus: Proven ability to appreciate, architect, and articulate complex, multi-vendoray ecosystem solutions that mclude payment/Fintech components.
Tender & Contracts: Hands-on experience in successfully leading and driving government tender submissions and literacy in business contracts/agreements.
