Our clienta globally respected system integrator and technology solutions leaderis expanding its public sector sales team and is seeking an account manager to lead engagements with key accounts in the healthcare and education sectors.
Your Role:
- Take ownership of a strategic portfolio of public sector clients, with a focus on major healthcare institutions (namely the 3 clusters - SingHealth, NUHS, NHG) and IHLs (e.g., NUS, NTU, SMU, polytechnics).
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with each institution's technology roadmap, including patient care technologies, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity etc
- Build and nurture deep relationships with both operational and senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal pre-sales, delivery teams, and external technology partners to design and deliver tailored ICT solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to deal closure and post-sales support.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in ICT, digital solutions, or enterprise tech salesideally with strong exposure to Singapore's public sector landscape.
- Proven success selling into public healthcare agencies, hospitals, and/or IHLs, with established relationships across stakeholder levels.
- Strong understanding of public procurement processes, regulatory compliance, and institutional buying cycles.
- Ability to position and articulate complex solutions in cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or data platforms.
- A proactive, strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills and a passion for public sector innovation.
