Account Manager (Property management)

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and secure corporate clients for long-term stays.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.
• Negotiate contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.
• Partner with educational institutions to promote and secure student bookings.
• Oversee and optimize relationships with OTAs to enhance room inventory and pricing.
• Develop and execute pricing and promotional strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with broader business goals.
• Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 3 years in B2B/corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality or serviced apartment sector.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Strong relationship-building skills with corporate clients and partners.
