Our client is a specialized injection molding firm, in precision tool fabrication, advanced plastic processing as well as assembly operations for the consumer electronics, industrial and medical industries.

Their oil & gas division is highly regarded for their precision deep hole drilling and machining of exotic metal parts.

ACCOUNT MANAGER , Injection Molding

Job Overview:

Our Client is seeking a self-motivated and experienced ACCOUNT MANAGER to play a key role in driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships in their Injection Molding Business Division.

Responsibilities include:

1. Sales Leadership:

- Develop and execute comprehensive account management strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.

- Work independently to identify and cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understanding their technical requirements and ensuring the delivery of effective injection molding solutions.

2. Technical Expertise:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and technologies to effectively communicate product benefits and provide technical support to clients.

- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities.

3. Sales Process Management:

- Oversee the entire account management process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to ensure seamless execution of sales and delivery processes.

4. Market Analysis:

- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends in the injection molding industry.

- Utilize data and insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

2. Proven track record of successful technical sales in the injection molding industry.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. In-depth technical knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and technologies.

5. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

6. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Ability to travel.
