We are looking for Account for Merchant Payment to join our Antom Team based in Singapore.
Responsibiltiy:
- Build and foster relationships with senior executives in business, product, engineering, finance and tech within customers organization
- Drive overall account health including product development, payments performance, cost optimization, account renewals & growth, and customer satisfaction
- Support expansion of your customers, identify opportunities, problem solve, drive business outcomes, and ensure customers are satisfied with Antom services
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional stakeholders (including financial institution business development, product, tech, legal, and compliance) to launch projects for customers
- Leverage industry knowledge to set account strategies, and execute deals and initiatives
- Manage strategic planning and negotiation/expansion with our customers
- Manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and drive creative solutions and commitment to a shared goal
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree holder in business, finance, marketing or a related field of study
- 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role ideally in business development, presales and/or sales, managing relationships with large, and complex organizations, preferably in SEA markets
- 8+ years of experience related to payments, card networks, SEA local payment methods, merchant acquiring, or other financial service fields, preferably in SEA markets
- Thorough understanding of payment business models and associated best practices with regard to compliance and risk management
- Experience in negotiating commercial deals with enterprise customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally
- Fluency in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with stakeholders based in China
