Commercial & Results Driven
Responsible for growing sales and developing customer portfolios. Key duties include:
- Manage customer accounts to increase turnover and SKU penetration.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects, recommending solutions and new opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales visits and analyze purchasing trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute supplier visits, meeting forecasting deadlines.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, supporting stock management and clearance.
- Attend trainings and workshops to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
- Support team in organizing and executing events.
Customer Satisfaction
- Deliver high-quality service and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
- Proactively monitor product quality and availability, manage complaints, and propose solutions.
- Coordinate with sales manager and team to ensure customer needs are met.
Category Knowledge & Brand Awareness
- Leverage category expertise to optimize assortment, stock levels, forecasts, and sales strategies.
- Work with sales team and suppliers to develop effective strategies and address stock issues.
- Identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and focus on key account retention and growth.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities propose product improvements.
- Prepare and analyze reports to support decision-making.
Teamwork & Networking
- Collaborate with colleagues and share information effectively.
- Build relationships with chefs, purchasers, and industry contacts.
- Take initiative to resolve issues and support team objectives.
Market Intelligence
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with management and suppliers to ensure timely information flow.
