Account Manager - P&C

Our client is seeking an experienced Property & Casualty (P&C) Broker to support the growth of their Corporate Insurance portfolio.

This role will focus on servicing clients across a broad range of general insurance products, while working closely with insurers to deliver competitive and tailored risk solutions.

You will play a key role in client advisory, placement strategy, and portfolio development within a dynamic and relationship-driven environment.

• Manage and service a portfolio of clients across P&C lines, including Property, Casualty, Marine, Liability, etc.
• Advise clients on risk exposures, coverage structuring, and insurance solutions aligned with their business needs
• Prepare and present renewal strategies, including marketing submissions and placement negotiations with insurers
• Drive the end-to-end process including quotation, placement, policy documentation, and endorsements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders
• Support business development initiatives, including client pitches, tenders, and cross-selling opportunities
• Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and insurer appetite within the retail segment
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk governance standards

Requirement

• Experience in account manager or underwriting Property and Casualty Insurance portfolio
