Job Description
- Take ownership of assigned oncology accounts and territories, developing strategies to achieve sustainable portfolio growth and commercial targets.
- Build detailed account plans covering stakeholder networks, patient pathways, treatment practices, opportunities and potential barriers.
- Develop trusted relationships with oncologists, pharmacists, nurses, clinic stakeholders and other healthcare decision-makers.
- Deliver relevant and value-adding product and disease-area discussions based on customer needs and evolving treatment practices.
- Identify growth opportunities across priority tumour areas and translate market insights into effective account initiatives.
- Partner closely with Medical, Marketing, Market Access and other internal teams to deliver integrated solutions for customers.
- Track account performance, market developments and customer insights, adapting commercial strategies to maximise long-term opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Biology or another relevant scientific discipline.
- More than 4 years of professional experience within a multinational organisation.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, key account management or strategic customer engagement.
- Oncology experience would be advantageous, candidates with strong specialist pharmaceutical experience may also be considered.
