Have you worked with aesthetic clinics, medical centres, healthcare brands, or wellness businesses and enjoy helping them grow through digital marketing

At OOm, we're looking for an Account Manager with experience supporting Medical and Aesthetics clients to drive business growth through strategic digital marketing solutions.

This is more than a client servicing role. You'll work closely with clinic owners, doctors, practice managers, and key decision-makers to understand their business goals, identify growth opportunities, and develop digital marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, lead generation, and long-term business growth.

  • This role is suitable for individuals who:

    • Have experience managing Medical, Aesthetics, Healthcare, Dental, Wellness, or Beauty clients
    • Understand the challenges of patient acquisition, lead generation, and clinic growth
    • Enjoy building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted business partner
    • Can identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and upselling
    • Are comfortable leading client discussions and influencing stakeholders
    • Enjoy solving business problems, not just managing campaigns

    Prior agency experience is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in account management, client success, consultative sales, or digital marketing within the medical, aesthetics, healthcare, or wellness sectors are strongly encouraged to apply.
