Role Overview
We're looking for ahigh-calibre Account Manager Leadto head our Exclusive Seller Program and Rent-to-Own seller pipelines.
This isnota standard account manager rolethis is a leadership track role designed for someone who will:
Lead a team of 4 now, growing to 20+ within 2-3 months
Build the account management culture, processes, and performance standards
Personally close high-value sellers while coaching the team
Elevate FazWaz's seller experience to a world-class standard

What You'll Do
1. Team Leadership & Scaling (Core Priority)
- Lead, mentor, and coach the current Account Manager team.
- Build the future team structure as we scale to 20+ headcount.
- Set performance expectations, KPIs, and coaching frameworks.
- Conduct weekly team meetings, training, and deal reviews.
- Collaborate with People & Culture to recruit, onboard, and develop new hires.
- Build a culture ofownership, speed, data-driven decisions, and high performance.
2. Seller Pipeline Ownership
- Oversee all lead flow and team assignment for seller leads.
- Ensure fast response times and high conversion from lead onboarding contract signing.
- Optimize the seller qualification and onboarding process.
- Personally handle high-value or complex seller cases.
3. Client Success & Relationship Building
- Ensure all sellers have a smooth, premium experience.
- Resolve escalations, objections, or negotiation challenges.
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral listings.
- Collect testimonials and improve the seller journey.
4. Deal Management & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with buyer agents, legal, operations, and marketing.
- Ensure seller contracts, pricing, and documentation are accurate.
- Manage bottlenecks across transaction stages and drive speed to closing.
5. Program Development & Process Improvement
- Improve scripts, pitch decks, SOPs, and seller dashboards for the Exclusive Seller Program.
- Analyze conversion data and apply insights to strengthen performance.
- Work with Tech/Product on enhancements to seller tools and CRM workflows.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Experience
- 7+ years in real estate, sales, or account management (seller-side experience preferred).
- Leadership experience leading teams or mentoring junior staff.
- Strong track record of closing deals or converting leads in high-volume sales.
- Fluent in English.
- Open for all nationalities
