Responsibilities
Account Planning & Management
- Manage and grow existing accounts while actively prospecting for new customers through cold calls, face-to-face meetings, conferences, marketing activities, and business networking events.
- Develop in-depth account plans and conduct comprehensive customer profiling to understand and identify business needs.
- Work closely with business channel partners, distributors, and technical teams to deliver effective ICT solutions.
- Ensure orders are accurately processed, delivered, received, and invoiced in a timely manner.
- Provide prompt follow-up on customer requests, quotations, and sales deliveries.
- Provide regular updates to Management on sales opportunities, pipeline progress, activities, and market feedback.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales revenue and gross profit (GP) targets.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients and maintain healthy account receivables.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma with 3–5 years of corporate sales experience in ICT solutions or related fields.
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales and GP targets.
- Strong account management and business development skills.
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and meet project timelines.
