Job Title: Account Manager IT
The
Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients by building strong relationships, developing account strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with client objectives. The role requires expertise in marketing, loyalty programs, and CRM, along with strong analytical and project management capabilities. The
Account Manager will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external clients to drive business value and long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support throughout strategy development, conceptualisation, and execution phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive value creation and client engagement.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through a strong understanding of client goals and business priorities.
- Build credibility and trust with clients while supporting decision-making processes.
- Deliver client-focused solutions that address key needs and challenges.
- Present insights, recommendations, and viewpoints clearly and effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of account management experience, preferably in CRM, loyalty, or B2B marketing.
- Background in marketing operations, communications, and analytics.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and a high level of motivation.
