Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven and client-focused Account Manager (AM) to manage, grow, and retain a portfolio of institutional clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from REDD's products while identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and long-term partnership growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing institutional clients across investment, advisory, and corporate sectors
- Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their workflows, investment strategies, and information needs
- Drive account growth through upselling additional products, licenses, and expanded usage
- Ensure high client retention through proactive engagement and value delivery
- Conduct regular client check-ins, training sessions, and product demonstrations
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, feeding insights to product, editorial, and commercial teams
- Collaborate with sales and research teams to support new business opportunities
- Monitor client usage trends and identify risk of churn early
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth implementation of services
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales (financial services, data, or SaaS preferred)
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment workflows, or business intelligence products
- Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise or institutional accounts
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with a track record of hitting retention and revenue targets
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders (analysts, portfolio managers, executives)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Experience working with financial data platforms, research providers, or news intelligence services
- Familiarity with emerging markets or credit analysis
