Account Manager - Healthcare

The Role:

This role will play a critical part in deepening engagement with public healthcare institutions, driving growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge IT solutions across hospitals, clinics, and health-related government agencies

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of public healthcare accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and health boards
• Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the healthcare sector
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and align solutions with strategic healthcare initiatives
• Work collaboratively with internal technical and delivery teams to develop and present tailored proposals
• Stay up to date with public healthcare IT initiatives, compliance standards, and procurement frameworks (e.g., IHiS, G-Cloud, IHIS procurement)
• Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent account engagement and support
• Conduct regular account reviews and provide strategic insights to both clients and internal teams
• Represent the company at healthcare technology events, forums, and networking opportunities

About You:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, ideally within the healthcare vertical or public sector IT
• Deep understanding of healthcare operational needs, regulations, and digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with public sector procurement in the healthcare space
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and solution-selling skills
• Ability to translate complex IT concepts into clear business value for healthcare stakeholders
• Self-motivated, organized, and focused on long-term relationship building
• Background in healthcare IT, cloud, cybersecurity, or digital infrastructure is a strong advantage
