Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Managing and creating sales in collaboration with team members for a defined set of local government accounts to grow sales revenue, while building strong CXO-level customer relationships and enhancing customer retention.
  • Understanding and identifying customer IT&T needs through thorough account planning and profiling to win bids and establish innovative deals.
  • Demonstrating expert knowledge of technology trends and differentiating the unique value M1's offerings provide within this domain.
  • Analyzing global market trends, competitor movements, and industry information to strategize effectively with the team and better serve our customers.
  • Achieving high customer satisfaction with decision-makers.
  • Meeting financial KPIs.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans with the team to excel in sales.
  • Being an independent self-starter with a strong drive for results.

Job Requirements :

  • Degree with 5 years of sales experience in the telco and/or ICT business, with a proven sales record in solution selling.
  • ICT/telco knowledge is preferred.
  • Self-driven, aggressive, and energetic.
  • Resourceful and creative.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Experienced people manager.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Capable of projecting a strong, positive image of oneself and the company.
  • Proficient in building solid customer relationships at all levels.
  • Skilled in strategic planning.
