About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and commercially minded Account Manager to scale our Card & CaaS (Card-as-a-Service) business across the Web3 ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with leading exchanges, wallets, fintech platforms, payment partners, and digital asset institutions across APAC to drive card issuance growth, transaction volume, and user payment adoption.
This is not a traditional account servicing role. You will act as a strategic growth partner to clients - combining payments expertise, data-driven insights, operational excellence, and ecosystem collaboration to continuously improve card performance and payment experience.
You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Compliance, BD, and Marketing teams to optimize API integrations, payment flows, user conversion, and transaction success rates at scale.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic Web3 institutional clients including exchanges, wallets, fintech platforms, and payment partners
- Drive card issuance growth, transaction volume, activation, and payment conversion metrics across client portfolios
- Analyze card and transaction data to identify growth opportunities, user behavior trends, decline patterns, and optimization strategies
- Deliver actionable business insights and performance recommendations to clients through data analysis and reporting
- Act as the primary post-launch partner for clients, supporting API integrations, payment flow optimization, operational troubleshooting, and user experience improvements
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to continuously improve product stability, transaction success rates, and payment experience
- Collaborate with clients marketing and growth teams on joint campaigns, ecosystem partnerships, traffic acquisition, and user engagement initiatives
- Coordinate internally across compliance, risk, operations, finance, and product teams to support scalable client growth
- Build strong long-term client relationships and become a trusted advisor within the Web3 payments ecosystem
- Stay highly informed on industry trends across card issuing, global payments, embedded finance, fintech, and digital assets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Partnerships, Customer Success, or Growth within Cards, Payments, Fintech, or Web3
- Strong understanding of card issuing, payment acquiring, payment rails, transaction lifecycle, or embedded finance products
- Experience working with APIs, payment integrations, or technical product coordination
- Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities able to translate transaction data into business insights and growth strategies
- Experience managing institutional or enterprise-level clients in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and business teams
- Highly proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments
- Prior experience in Web3, exchanges, wallets, crypto payments, or fintech infrastructure is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Visa/Mastercard ecosystem, issuer processing, BIN sponsorship, or CaaS products is a strong plus
