Objectives
To grow and support assigned accounts in Singapore, Johor, and Batam by managing day-to-day sales activities, strengthening customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities for all customers located in Singapore, Johor and Batam.
- Develop and follow through on sales plans to meet annual targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow sales with existing and new accounts.
- Monitor sales performance and stay informed on competitor activity and market trends.
- Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new customers through market research, networking, and targeted outreach activities.
- Support product training and promotional activities to increase customer engagement.
- Follow up on leads from online and offline channels (e.g., website, trade shows).
- Attend and contribute to ad-hoc projects and assignments as required by management.
Pre-requisites
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics) preferred.
- Experience selling components is an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical sales.
- Highly independent, trustworthy, and goal-oriented.
- Bilingual in English and the local language(s).
