Job Description

As an Account Manager within Epsilon's Audience Media team, you will play a key role in the planning, execution, and delivery of Epsilon Digital (DMS) campaigns, working closely with internal partners and specialists. This role combines client partnership, strategic media support, and campaign delivery, with clear exposure to commercial growth and planning responsibilities.

You will act as a day-to-day partner for internal teams, supporting the development of media recommendations, audience strategies, and campaign execution that help position Epsilon as a trusted, high value partner for clients.

Key Responsibilities

. Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day client and agency communications, owning client satisfaction and delivery quality.

. Support the strategic development and execution of Epsilon Digital (DMS) campaigns, contributing to media recommendations, audience strategy, and media flow planning.

. Interpret client briefs in order to develop comprehensive omnichannel media plans

. Manage campaigns end-to-end, from brief through activation, optimisation, reporting, and post-campaign insights.

. Work closely with teams across client services, operations, creative, and third-party partners to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and to brief.

. Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and collaborative working model.

. Support account growth working alongside Senior Account Managers.

. Own day-to-day reporting, weekly updates, campaign analysis, and support finance and operational processes.

Qualifications

. A Bachelors Degree

. 5+ years with increasing levels of responsibility within an agency or media company

. 3+ years of experience in digital media planning or media strategy

. Strong knowledge of media landscape in Singapore and SEA

. Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills

. Highly experienced in Programmatic and working with a large variety of digital partners and channels

. Proven track record of top performance measured against business growth, revenue, and other variables

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

. Excellent communication and writing skills

. Be extremely detail-oriented, have the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently among multiple client campaigns and daily tasks, and be able to work effectively under pressure

. Ability to navigate complex client needs as well as internal dynamics
