Role Overview
As an Account Manager (Enterprise & Mid-Market), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across Lionware's AV and Physical Security solutions portfolio, focusing on mid-market and enterprise customers. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and solution design through closing, delivery coordination, and account growth, working with multiple stakeholders across IT and Facilities. This role is well-suited for a strong mid-market sales professional looking to step up into enterprise accounts, as well as candidates with prior enterprise selling experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Pipeline Development
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across mid-market and enterprise accounts within targeted verticals
- Perform outbound sales activities including cold calling, cold emailing, and networking events
- Qualify inbound leads and identify customer needs, budgets, decision-makers, and timelines
Solution Selling & Client Engagement
- Present and position Lionware's AV and Physical Security solutions to prospective clients
- Conduct on-site client meetings, walkthroughs, and solution demonstrations
- Work with internal teams to develop solution proposals, BOMs, and scoped recommendations
Deal Management
- Manage the sales process from deal closing through project booking, installation, and handover
- Coordinate closely with Project Engineers and the Shared Services Team to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, forecasts, and activities in the CRM
Account Management & Growth
- Grow revenue within existing mid-market and enterprise accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and technology partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of corporate / B2B sales experience, preferably in AV, IT, or Physical Security-related industries, with experience selling into enterprise and mid-market environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English is required as this role requires communicating with clients and partners across APAC.
- Conversational proficiency in business Mandarin is required as this role requires communicating with clients and partners in Greater China.
- Prior experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong interest in technology and consultative solution selling.
