Account Manager / Digital Performance Manager

As we expand in Singapore, we are looking for a digital marketing professional who is passionate about performance marketing and excited to work in a cross-border agency environment. About Role

Based in Singapore, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for both local and overseas clients. You'll be the key contact for campaign performance, client servicing, and will support cross-border collaboration by sharing insights from the Singapore market with our regional teams.

The job title (Executive or Manager) will be determined based on your experience and skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital campaigns across SEM, social media, and programmatic channels
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
• Serve as the primary contact for client communication and relationship management
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver campaign assets and timelines
• Provide market insights and support cross-border initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEM, social media ads, and analytics tools
• Good knowledge of Singapore's digital marketing landscape and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Able to multitask and manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment
