Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new and existing customer accounts.
- Promote and sell CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, Alarm, and other security solutions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable security solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and system integrators.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support when required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in CCTV, Access Control, Electronic Security, ELV, or related industries.
- Good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Video Management Systems (VMS), biometric systems, and related security products.
- Willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
