Our client is a Singapore-based next-generation digital infrastructure and telecommunications provider delivering high-performance connectivity solutions for enterprises, service providers, and digital platforms.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving green and brown fields revenue growth, developing and managing strategic partnerships with carriers and technology providers to expand wholesale service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by developing new wholesale opportunities with international carriers, service providers, MVNOs, and digital infrastructure partners.
- Identify and acquire new customers requiring connectivity, capacity, or infrastructure solutions across regional and global markets.
- Develop strategic partnerships with carriers and technology providers to expand wholesale service offerings.
Account Management & Commercial Strategy
- Manage and grow key wholesale accounts through proactive engagement and long-term partnership development.
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements covering services such as IP transit, international private leased circuits, Ethernet connectivity, roaming, and infrastructure services.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop competitive solutions aligned with customer requirements and network capabilities.
Market & Industry Engagement
- Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the global telecom wholesale ecosystem.
- Represent the company at regional telecom forums, industry conferences, and partner engagements.
- Maintain strong knowledge of carrier business models, pricing structures, and global connectivity requirements.
Ideally, you should possess
- Relevant sales experience in telecommunications wholesale, carrier sales, or international connectivity business.
- Proven experience selling telecom services to carriers, ISPs, OTT providers, hyperscalers, or large enterprises.
- Strong understanding of wholesale telecom services.
- Existing relationships with regional or global telco operators.
- Strong negotiation, commercial structuring, and account management skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to operate independently while managing complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
