Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers to maximize business opportunities and retention.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of paying customers, ensuring satisfaction, renewal, and long-term engagement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers business objectives, workflows, and challenges to provide strategic, value-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers during onboarding, implementation, and adoption phases to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market engagement.
  • Build and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify opportunity signals within existing accounts and proactively drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to expand revenue.
  • Maintain a healthy and well-qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Leverage strong knowledge of CRM platforms, SaaS solutions, and business processes to assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and configuration workshops that clearly articulate value and ROI.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by consulting with customers on workflow optimization, collaboration improvement, and productivity enhancement using Monday.com.
  • Initiate and lead solution-focused discussions aligned with both customer goals and company objectives.
  • Stay current on Monday.com's features, integrations, AI capabilities, and SaaS trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Translate technical functionality into clear, compelling business outcomes for stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Challenge customer assumptions where appropriate and guide leaders toward operational improvements through CRM- and data-driven insights.


We would love to hear from you if:

  • You possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Have a strong foundation in CRM platforms, SaaS solutions, sales automation, or customer experience tools, and understand how technology enables business growth.
    Possess knowledge of sales process optimization, lead management, workflow automation, data analytics, or customer journey mapping.
  • Are tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using CRM tools, SaaS platforms, and AI-powered tools to drive efficiency and insights.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple organizational levels.
  • Are a strategic, consultative seller with a passion for technology-driven transformation and problem-solving.
  • Are results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable balancing relationship management with proactive prospecting and pipeline development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strategic thinker with consultative selling skills and a passion for technology-driven business transformation.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable managing both relationship nurturing and prospecting activities.
