About The Role
As an Account manager at Aspire, you will directly own revenue outcomes across our most strategic accounts. This role is commercial and growth-driven, with a primary focus on expansion, engagement and net revenue retention (NRR). You will act as a strategic partner to clients while driving commercial value for Aspire.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of high-value accounts with full accountability for renewals, retention, and net revenue expansion (upsell & cross-sell).
- Build and manage a proactive renewal and expansion pipeline, ensuring predictable revenue growth and minimising churn.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans tied directly to commercial targets, identifying opportunities to increase product adoption and wallet share.
- Lead commercial conversations with clients, including renewal negotiations, pricing discussions, and expansion proposals.
- Use data-driven insights to forecast portfolio performance, identify revenue risk, and implement actions to protect and grow NRR.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to drive account strategy, ensure successful product rollouts, and unlock expansion opportunities across Aspire's offerings.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar revenue-focused roles in fintech, banking, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and delivering measurable revenue, retention, or expansion results.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with the ability to use data to identify revenue opportunities and predict risk.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data-centric or scaled CS motions focused on revenue efficiency.
- Prior exposure to automation and AI tools that improve renewal cycles, upsell targeting, or customer segmentation.
- Knowledge of fintech products, payments, or digital banking solutions.
- Proficiency in Mandarin
