Responsibilities
Cultivate, maintain & grow the key clients (with allocated industry sectors) revenue to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives while fostering a culture of professionalism and customer success.
Build strong relationships with key clients and hunting for new business to drive revenue growth.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth targets within the set of allocated industry sectors.
Work closely with the Operation and Production team to enhance overall efficiency and deliver quality and creative solutions with the clients (allocated industry sectors).
Identify and capture new business opportunities to drive own industry sectors (market share and revenue growth).
Collaborate with sales members in the conceptualization, fabrication and installation for creative and innovative campaigns.
Allocated industry sector campaigns aligned with commercial strategies and keep abreast of new market trends and identify opportunities so as to always stay ahead of the competition.
Inventory Management to Identifynew media spaces across different stations of TEL or reviewing on our existing sites (digital assets & lightboxes) to shift for better optimization.
Requirements
University degree in Business or other related discipline or equivalent
Previous experience in sales/ business development/ account servicing will be an advantage
Willing to learn, proactive and customer-oriented
Good communication, presentational and interpersonal skills
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Account Manager
