Job Summary

• Job Title: Account Management Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Take ownership of high-value MNC accounts. You will manage current operations and drive expansion vertically (within current markets) and horizontally (across new countries).

• Ensure service quality by strictly monitoring KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will lead business reviews to address gaps and mitigate risks.

• Focus on retention and value creation. You are expected to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.

• Work closely with Operations, IT, and Finance departments to solve problems and deliver on customer promises.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Sales & Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Experience in Contract Logistics(Warehousing) and Freight Forwarding.

• 7 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management or Sales within a 3PL environment.
