Job Description

As an Account Management Intern supporting healthcare accounts, you will work on initiatives that drive digital transformation, innovation, and operational resilience across Singapore's healthcare ecosystem. You will gain exposure to real client engagements, large-scale system implementations, and emerging technologies shaping the future of healthcare IT.

This role is ideal for students who are interested in client engagement, digital transformation, and technology-enabled service delivery.

Impactful Projects

You will support key healthcare account initiatives across the following areas:

1. Digital Transformation Initiatives

  • Support modernisation of healthcare IT systems, including migration of legacy applications to cloud-based platforms
  • Assist in enhancing digital foundations to improve agility, scalability, and cost efficiency

2. AI and Data-Driven Innovation

  • Contribute to AI and analytics initiatives that improve patient engagement and operational performance
  • Support use cases such as agentic AI chatbots, predictive analytics for resource planning, and fraud detection solutions
  • Assist in early-stage pilots involving GenAI and digital twin technologies

3. Key System Implementations

  • Support major healthcare system enhancements and rollouts (e.g., records management, eligibility systems, digital learning platforms)
  • Assist in activities related to cloud setup, testing (SIT/UAT), documentation, and coordination across stakeholders

4. Automation and Process Optimisation

  • Help identify opportunities to streamline operational workflows
  • Support development of automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time

5. Resiliency and Infrastructure

  • Assist in cloud resource optimisation and cost estimation
  • Support deployment of monitoring tools (e.g., StackOps) for real-time system health and alerts
  • Gain exposure to resiliency planning and cybersecurity considerations

6. Governance and Funding Initiatives

  • Support project governance tracking, KPI reporting, and funding utilisation activities
  • Gain exposure to innovation funding models and performance monitoring frameworks

Qualifications

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking ability
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic environments
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset

Technical / Working Skills

  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash, Power Automate) is an advantage
  • Basic data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of software testing principles; exposure to tools like JIRA is beneficial
  • Interest in cloud, AI, and digital transformation initiatives
