Job Description

  • Financial Record Maintenance: Reviewing, updating, and maintaining accurate financial records, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing invoices, matching purchase orders, managing client payments, and handling vendor inquiries.
  • Bookkeeping & Transactions: Reconciling bank statements, managing petty cash, and recording daily transactions.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Assisting with payroll, preparing cash flow reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal policies.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinating with other departments, responding to queries, and supporting month-end/year-end closing procedures.
