Job Description
SME looking for Accounts and Admin / HR Manager to provide support to our organization.
Responsibilities:
. Able to manage Full set of Accounts
. Have experience in Payroll, Commissions, Over-time and HR matters
. Responsible for day-to-day operations, compiling and recording of accounts pertaining to cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivables
. Process payments and documents such as invoices, payment vouchers, reimbursements and reconcile statements
. Cheque issuances and processing of payments
. Maintenance and processing of payments from petty cash accounts
. Preparation and submission of CEO's expenses claims
. Preparation of monthly accounts and annual accounts reports
. Quarterly GST preparation and submission, Annual Auditing, Tax and other financial needs as necessary
. Manage 2 junior staffs for AR & AP
. Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
. At least 2 years of working experiences
. Good Command of English and Chinese.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office with good Excel skills
. Good organizational and time management skills
