Job Description
We are currently looking for an Accounts Executive, who will be responsible for day-to-day accounting function and other ah-hoc assigned tasks, reporting to the accountant.
Job Responsibilities:
Record transactions and events about sales, purchases, receivables and payables
Enter accurate data into the accounting system on time
Support month-end closing activities and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Keep accurate financial records and statements
Perform monthly Singapore payroll
Handle administrative tasks such as leave and expense claim administration
Work with international team in achieving group company goals
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or ACCA, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience.
Required skills include accounting software, payroll software, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint.
Required language: English.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in HR will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills are required.
One (1) full-time position available.
Open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
