Accounts Executive (Full Set Accounting)
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for supporting the Senior Accounts Executive in all aspects of day-to-day accounting functions and operational activities. This role reports directly to the Senior Accounts Executive as well as the Company's Accounts and Finance Head.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation
Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper recording of transactions
Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis
Support audit activities and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards
Provide administrative and operational support to the finance department as required
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in full set accounts preferred)
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
