We're seeking anAccount Executive (AE) to drive new revenue growth and expand our product and service footprint within midmarket accounts across the telecommunications and systems integrator ecosystem. In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle-from prospecting and qualification to quoting, negotiation, and deal closure-while collaborating closely with Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, and other key internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, exceptional followup discipline, and direct experience in the telecommunications or ICT industries. This includes familiarity with mobile and internet services, private connectivity, SDWAN, and enterprise ICT solutions.

Make an Impact by

  • Drive New Growth: Proactively prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities while deepening engagement within existing accounts. Build strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Full Ownership of the Sales Cycle: Manage the entire process from lead generation and value articulation to business case development, proposal creation, and commercial negotiations.
  • Sell the telecommunications and ICT solutions: Position solutions such as mobile, fiber internet & dedicated connectivity, SDWAN / SASE / secure edge, UCaaS, Cybersecurity, Network SaaS and EUC Opportunities.
  • Forecasting & Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting within on Salesforce while driving disciplined weekly reviews.
  • Account Management for Retention & Growth: Lead renewals and execute upsell/crosssell strategies while enhancing service quality, NPS, and key performance metrics across the assigned enterprise/commercial portfolio.
  • Customer-Centric Engagement:Deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.
  • Strong Business Acumen:High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.
  • Lead Generation through Events:Attend industry or company events and client meetings as needed to hunt for leads and nurture opportunities.

Skills for Success

  • Minimum diploma with at least 2 years of sales experience
  • Experienced in cold calling
  • Engaging customers (including C-Level) for requirements and proposals
  • Experience in working with various support teams in coming up with pricing, proposals
  • Ability to identify opportunities and manage strong pipeline
  • Basic Office skills (Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Basic understanding of Telecommunications/ICT services
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidence and ability to engage customers
