Account Executive - Singapore PR / Citizen Only
We are a Singapore-based software company providing custom software development, system integration, AI solutions, and ongoing IT support. We are looking for a proactive Account Executive to support client communication, sales coordination, and project follow-up.
Job Scope
- Identify and follow up on new business opportunities.
- Communicate with clients to understand business requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Follow up on leads, project progress, payments, and renewal opportunities.
- Support meetings, demonstrations, and occasional on-site client visits.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident is mandatory.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable discussing software, digital solutions, or AI products.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, account management, IT, or software services is preferred.
- Independent, responsible, and results-oriented.
