Must have:
- Minimum 8-10 years success in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients, consistently driving high-value deals.
- Demonstrated hunter mindset with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding aggressive quarterly sales targets.
- Expertise in building and managing a strong sales pipeline, leveraging outreach and prospecting tools effectively.
- Proven skill in articulating solution value, leading discovery conversations, and delivering compelling demos.
- Proven ability to navigate complex customer decision-making processes and align solutions with strategic goals and business objectives.
- Commitment to staying ahead on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Proven understanding of SAP or comparable enterprise ecosystems to effectively engage and align with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead growth by securing new enterprise accounts and cultivating trusted relationships with executive and CXO-level decision makers.
- Create and execute strategic account plans, aligning Prospecta's solutions with customers business needs.
- Win new logos by driving targeted prospecting and opening high-value opportunities.
- Expand influence through strategic alliances and channel partnerships, including global SIs, to accelerate revenue.
- Strengthen the ecosystem by deepening collaboration with SAP and other key partners.
- Drive discipline in sales operations with accurate CRM updates, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver account plans and targeted territory activities.
- Own the deal cycle from responding to RFPs/RFIs to crafting compelling proposals and Statements of Work.
- Shape the future by channeling customer feedback into product, system, and process innovation.
