Role Overview As one of our first dedicated sales professionals, you will be the driving force behind Persevio's growth engine. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will play a critical role in scaling our outbound motion in the Singapore market. This is a high-velocity, full-cycle role designed for a resilient professional who thrives on activity and is eager to transition from high-volume prospecting into a full-cycle Account Executive as the company scales.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Scale the Outbound Engine: Execute a high-volume outbound strategy, maintaining approximately 100 cold calls daily to build a robust pipeline from the ground up.
  • Drive Market Engagement: Secure and lead 20+ meetings per week with HR leaders and Talent Acquisition professionals, effectively communicating Persevio's unique value proposition.
  • Navigate the HR Landscape: Educate the market on the benefits of AI-driven recruitment, building trust and demonstrating clear ROI to HR personas.
  • Own the Sales Lifecycle: While the role begins with a heavy focus on prospecting, you will quickly ramp up to manage the full sales cycle, including product demonstrations, pricing negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Collaborate for Growth: Work closely with leadership to refine the sales playbook, contributing to the strategic direction of our revenue operations.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Minimum/Core Requirements:

  • Exceptional Resilience and Drive: A self-motivated mindset with the grit to sustain high-volume outbound activity and consistently achieve outreach targets.
  • High-Velocity Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in outbound sales or business development, with a proven track record of proactive lead generation.
  • Startup Agility: A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with evolving structures.
  • Communication Excellence: Professional proficiency in English with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts into clear business benefits for stakeholders.
  • Market Context: A deep understanding of the Singapore business landscape and local recruitment practices is required to effectively consult with and engage local HR partners.

Preferred/Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, or People teams.
  • Prior experience in HR Tech, Job Boards, or Recruitment Agencies.
  • Demonstrated potential to manage full-cycle deals from lead to close.
