Job Description & Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle and maintain full set of unaudited accounts which includes accounts payable and general ledger
- Prepare monthly management reports, e.g. bank reconciliation, audit schedules, fixed asset schedules
- Prepare Payroll and CPF submission (less than 20 employee).
- Prepare quarterly GST submission.
- Prepare payment via online banking/ TT remittance.
- Timely processing and Accurate entry of data.
- Any addhoc duties by manager
Requirements :
- Able to work from Monday to Friday (830am - 1pm) in a week
- Experience in Autocount software with inventory module & Info-tech Systems
- Min. Certificate or Diploma in Accounting/ Finance.
- Min. 3 years experience in relevant scope of work.
- Proficiency in MS Office - Words, Excel and Outlook.
- Good time management and ability to multi task.
- Well spoken and written English and Mandarin
