Job Description & Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Handle and maintain full set of unaudited accounts which includes accounts payable and general ledger
  • Prepare monthly management reports, e.g. bank reconciliation, audit schedules, fixed asset schedules
  • Prepare Payroll and CPF submission (less than 20 employee).
  • Prepare quarterly GST submission.
  • Prepare payment via online banking/ TT remittance.
  • Timely processing and Accurate entry of data.
  • Any addhoc duties by manager

Requirements :

  • Able to work from Monday to Friday (830am - 1pm) in a week
  • Experience in Autocount software with inventory module & Info-tech Systems
  • Min. Certificate or Diploma in Accounting/ Finance.
  • Min. 3 years experience in relevant scope of work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office - Words, Excel and Outlook.
  • Good time management and ability to multi task.
  • Well spoken and written English and Mandarin
