We're looking for an Account Executive to join a growing digital agency in Singapore. You'll manage client relationships across digital campaigns, acting as the day-to-day point of contact between clients and internal teams. This role suits someone with 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising who is confident managing multiple accounts, comfortable with data, and sharp on detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communications and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Coordinate with creative, media, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to brief
- Prepare campaign reports, performance summaries, and client presentations
- Support the development of digital campaign strategies across paid social, programmatic, display, and search
- Monitor campaign performance and flag optimisation opportunities to the wider team
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent campaigns
- Contribute to new business pitches and proposals as required
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and consistent delivery
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a digital advertising agency or media agency environment
- Strong understanding of digital channels including paid social, programmatic, SEM, and display
- Experience managing client accounts end-to-end
- Confident working with campaign data, analytics platforms, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or equivalent platforms
