Account Executive - JH(701)

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic from $2000 - $3500
• Working Hour: 5 Days (Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm)
• Location: Tanjong Pagar

Job Scope:

• Handle full set of accounts independently in line with Singapore financial accounting standards
• Daily Bank Reconciliation
• Accounts Receivable - Issue Letter of Guarantee to Insurance companies, monthly manual Invoice
• Check monthly day end sales report
• Monitor the AR collection and closely follow up the overdue accounts
• Account Payable - Stock ordering, request supplier bills and prepare payments
• Assisting Finance Manager (FM) for monthly, quarterly, and yearly management reports
• Liaising with bankers, staff, and management on all finance related matters
• Preparation of GST report quarterly
• General administrative duties such as filing of finance documents and mailing of invoices
• Any other ad-hoc reports as required
