The Role
We are looking for an Account Servicing Intern to support the Account Management team in coordinating campaigns, client projects, and day-to-day agency operations.
Reporting directly to an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager and overseen by an Account Director, you will work alongside an experienced Account Management team in a fast-paced and collaborative agency environment.
You will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a campaign — from briefing and strategy development to creative execution, production, and campaign launch. Along the way, you will work closely with our Creative, Planning, Social, and Integrated Production teams to help deliver impactful work for our clients.
You will play an active supporting role across client projects, helping the team stay organised and ensuring work progresses smoothly through different stages of development. Along the way, you will gain hands-on exposure to agency processes and have opportunities to contribute to brainstorms, internal reviews, and client-facing discussions while learning how effective campaigns are delivered.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the Account Management team in the day-to-day running of client projects and campaigns.
- Assist with project coordination, timelines, status updates, and meeting documentation.
- Prepare presentation materials, contact reports, and project summaries.
- Conduct market, competitor, consumer, and category research to support campaign development.
- Attend internal meetings, client meetings, brainstorms, and creative reviews.
- Work closely with Creative, Planning, Social, Digital, and Production teams to ensure work is delivered on time and according to brief.
- Assist in reviewing creative, digital, and social media content to ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
- Help coordinate digital and social media campaigns, including content planning, campaign launches, and reporting.
- Support campaign reporting by tracking performance metrics and compiling post-campaign reviews.
- Help monitor social media trends, cultural conversations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brands.
- Assist with the preparation of pitches, proposals, and new business opportunities where required.
- Gain exposure to integrated campaigns involving advertising, digital, social, media, PR, and production partners.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with different teams and personalities in a collaborative environment.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Able to think critically, solve problems, and contribute ideas during discussions and brainstorms.
- Interested in social media trends, consumer behaviour, and popular culture.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and digital collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, or other social channels is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Juma for research and productivity is a plus.
